abstract:  Measuring sets for ultraweak and photoinduced chemiluminescence of plant oils are presented in this paper. Possibility of their application for study free radical oxidation process is discussed. Some results of the measurements of the light sum are compared with the increase of the peroxide value of raw rapeseed oil, extracted with seed of three rape varieties at different content of fatty acids, during thermooxidation at the temperature 90oC. Results of the measurements of the intensity of photoinduced chemiluminescence and peroxide value of the refined rape oil subjected to photooxidation are presented.
