abstract: Soil as a natural habitat is able to renew its resources necessary for the growth and vegetation of plants and other organisms. The role of microorganisms and their metabolites such as enzymes is among the most important in transformations of organic matter and in soil-forming processes, hence the importance and value of research of enzyme activity in the soil for knowledge of biology of soil and the processes connected to agrotechnics.
