abstract: In the fish processing industry the great volume of water wastes is throw. The project has aimed on the utilization of those wastes to produce fat-protein coagulates containing 390 or 800 g kg-1 fish fat (per the unit dry mass). Dry peat, fresh grass together with bacterial preparation about lipolitic proprieties were used for biocomposting process. Thermocomposter of Neudorff company served for this process lasting 100 or 120 days. Organic fertilizer obtained these methods were evaluated. The best quality was proved for biocompost produced on the base of lower fat coagulate (390 g kg-1) composted by 100 days.
