abstract:
The paper presents the results of experimental works with an internal ring as an element of modelling the flow profile but also responsible for reducing the dynamic effects which appear during silo emptying process. The tests were performed for different dimensions and locations of the internal ring. Also an analysis of application of the internal ring in full-scale silos is outlined.
