abstract:
The article contents results of investigations of sugar beet roots resistance to mechanical damage. The force rapture of skin and root tissue using plunger (static loading) with some parameters measured by non destructive method with piezoelectric sensor and plunger of 11 mm diameter were analysed. The study for two sugar beet root varieties during harvest and storage period were conducted.
