abstract: The study was based on archive material collected in the years 1960-1975. Results were performed in two meteorogical stations: Obory- the station which lies in the Vistula Valley and Warszawa Wolica lies at a relative height of 16-17 meters which confines the valley. For determining of the climate variability in the Vistula Valley and the limited of height, these differences were calculated of: temperature (average, minimum, maximum), mean vapour deficit and vapour pressure and wind velocity. The differences were calculated in an every case: the worth of the parameters which are measured in a valley subtrack the analogous worth whitch was registered on the height. The original datas were split up into subsets whitch were taken into consideration the different worth of cloudiness and wind velocity. The obtained results make it possible to conclude that the Vistula Valley in the Warsaw area characterized the smaller wind velocities, higher vapour deficit and mean air temperatures compared with sorrounnded it the height.
