abstract: Results of impurities separation effectiveness and loses of green pea seeds variety Hejga on processing line in Plant of Fruit and Vegetable Manufactory in Kwidzyn are presented. It has been stated that product purity was very high and riched almost 100% while loses of green pea seeds carried out from 2.7 to 4.2%.
