abstract: The aim of the study was to evaluate the storage stability of vitamins A and E in granular mixed feeds containing false flax (Camelina sativa) seed extrudate and acid preparation. The samples were placed in model conditions – at the temperature of 25°C and 50-55% humidity for 6 months. During the time of the experiment, the average loss of vitamin A was 10% and of vitamin E – 4% per month. There was no influence of the additives used on the changes in the content of the assayed vitamins.
