abstract:
The basic purpose of this study was to research the actual location, the quantity and the occurence conditions of floral, boreal relict species Salix lapponum L. on the peat bogs of Polesie National Park. The researches were carried out in July 2002 and they included reconnaissance of the sites of Salix lapponum which were already substantiated and searching the novelty in the area of Polesie National Park. The quantity and the condition of Salix lapponum were characterized in the finded sites. In 8 research stations which were situated on the main complex of the Park, the current conditions was substantiated. The location, the shading during the day and the water-level were characterized in each station. The chosen abiotic parameters of environment were described in every sites. The results of researches point at the characteristic, mainly as regards abiotic environmental factors, diversity of the habitat conditions in the sites of Salix lapponum and the decrease the number of the population and the quantity of the sites of examined species during 50 years on Polesie National Park’s area
