abstract: The paper presents the determination of amplitude-frequency characteristics of a non-linear set that describes the behaviour of a fertilizer spreader disc during point application of granulated fertilizer. The solution of the problem provides a basis for further comparative analyses of models describing the dynamic process of fertilizer spreader operation. Analyses carried out show the necessity of fitting vibration signal transducers near the bearing housings of fertilizer spreader disc shaft for continuous monitoring of the condition of the system. Identified vibration parameters in the area of the disc drive will permit the implementation of onboard diagnostics of the quality of the machine operation.
