abstract: The researches of algal flora in the peat bog nature reserve "Międzyrzeki" on the area of Roztocze National Park were carried out in the period from May 2002 to April 2003. The main aim of this researches were to recognize the algal flora and to estimate the participation of the taxa in the samples from choosen peat bogs. The experimental material was collected from 6 stable researches stations. The samples were taken from the mid-boggy pools and were squeezed from a sphagnum moss. The selected physicochemical parameters of water were measured in every sites. 105 taxa belonging to 5 taxonomical groups were found. The most algae's taxa belonge to Chlorophyta and Cyanoprokaryota and the less number were found from groups: Euglenophyta and Chlorophyta. Two taxa only were distinguished from Cryptophyta. The samples collected in the summertime were distinguished by high diversity, and the fewest species were in the winter's samples noticed. The most of the algal taxa were chracteristic for oligotrophic peat bogs' habitats.
