abstract: The aim of the research was to determine the enzymes activity in soil samples after the addition of organic nitrogen substances. The experiment was carried out on an Orthic Luvisol. The following substances were introduced to the soil: Lupine residues, hyphae residues and Bactosoytone. The activity of deaminase, asparaginase and urease was determined in the soil samples. The highest activity of asparaginase was observed during the experiment.
