abstract: The paper contains information about the composition of rape seeds, average percentage of fatty acids and the influence of pressing parameters on the type and the quantity of fatty acids. Moreover, it includes the results of laboratory-chromatographic analysis of a sample of rapeseed oil obtained by pressing seeds at low temperature; also there is an assessment of the physicochemical properties.
