abstract: The study was conducted on five muck samples. Humic acids (HA) were extracted from mucks by the Schnitzer method. Calcium forms of extracted humic substances were treated with Na2HPO4 solutions at increasing concentrations. Concentrations of released HA were determined at 470 nm. At low, initial, phosphate concentration additional coagulation of HA from solution was observed. Generally, the amount of released organic matter was found to increase with the state of secondary transformation.
