abstract: Influence of NaCl (0, 25, 50, 75, 100 and 150 mmol dm-3) content in Hoagland medium on accumulation of Na, K, Mg and Ca in leaves and roots of winter wheat seedlings cv. Almari after 14 and 28 days treatment was studied. Together with increase of NaCl concentration in the medium, a decrease in macroelements content in dry matter of leaves and roots was observed. Increase in Na content in leaves and roots seedlings with increase of NaCl concentration was noted. Greater Na, Mg and Ca accumulation was observed in roots than in leaves. In the case of K content, greater concentra-tion was observed in leaves than in roots after 14 and 28 days treatment.
