abstract:
The report is based on publications by staff of IUNG-PIB Puławy and University of Agriculture in Lublin that have been published in various magazines in 1998-2007. The characteristics of plant production along with main principles of conventional, integrated, and ecological agriculture are presented. A range of studies performed in the Lublin region within the scope of particular plant production systems are discussed in detail, and conclusions drawn from those studies are presented as well.
