Anti-oxidation properties of extracts from bitter hop cultivars

abstract: Phenolic compounds contents as well as anti-oxidation activity and anti-radical efficiency was recorded in extracts from two hop cultivars: Magnum and Marynka. Tested hop products occurred in the form of cones and granulates type-90 and type-45. Higher anti-oxidation activity of Marynka cv. products was found. Changes of anti-oxidation activity were not linear-dependent on polyphenols contents.
